Doctor Pascale Le Goff completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. During her training, Doctor Le Goff went to Dominican Republica for a chiropractic field mission with the disadvantaged population.
Doctor Le Goff is a member of the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec (O.C.Q) and of the Association des chiropraticiens du Québec (A.C.Q).
She use various techniques appreciated by athletes like Active Release Technique (A.R.T) and in Kinesio Taping. Dr. Le Goff has also demonstrated its sports chiropractic approach as a volunteer chiropractor to Jeux du Québec 2012 and as the official chiropractor of the college soccer team “The Diablos” before joining our team.
Constantly in continuing education to offer the best care to his patients, Dr. Le Goff has a great interest in the field of paediatrics (newborn and children) and obstetrics (pregnant women).
Its objective is to promote the optimization of the health of his patients while providing personalized service. Dr. Le Goff advocates prevention of health and a healthy lifestyle focused on balanced eating and active living.

Doctor Julie Martel completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. During her training, Doctor Martel went to Bolivia for a chiropractic field mission with the disadvantaged population and many children of that country. Doctor Martel is a member of the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec, the Association des chiropraticiens du Québec, as well as the Canadian Chiropractic Association. She uses the Active Release Technique (ART) during her treatment. Doctor Martel is particularly interested in overall health and wellbeing, through ergonomics and training.

Doctor Andrea Henriquez completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Her mission is to provide quality chiropractic care and customized treatments to workers, families and athletes. In addition to traditional chiropractic techniques, she incorporates recommendations and exercises to her treatment, as well as advanced soft tissue techniques (Graston, Active Release Technique and Kinesio-Taping). During her training, Doctor Henriquez went to Bolivia for a humanitarian mission, was a sport first responder at the Quebec Games in Saguenay and was chosen as the chiropractic intern for the women’s division volleyball team at UQTR. Furthermore, in order to improve in the field of sport therapeutics, she is currently pursuing a graduate education in sports chiropractic at UQTR. She is also an active member of the Conseil Chiropratique des Sciences des Sports du Québec, the Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec. In addition to French and English, Doctor Andrea Henriquez can ensure the follow-up of patients in Spanish.
Doctor Sonia Bachir Cherif, chiropractor, graduated from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières. After her doctorate, she joined the team of Centre-Ville Chiropratique to put in action her knowledge and skills to deserve the Montrealers.
Dre Sonia Bachir Cherif is a member of the Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec, the Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec as well as Canadian Chiropractic Association.
She is a healthcare professional that listens to the needs of her patients. Her goal is to give a precise diagnosis to treat her patients with the most secure and adapted chiropractic cares.

Dr Antoine Dauphin,
Dr. Dauphin completed his doctorate in chiropractic at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR). As a sports passionate, he is improving in the field by currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in sports chiropractic at UQTR.
He is member of the Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec, the Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. He adds to his treatments, muscular work techniques such as Active Release Technique, Graston and Kinesiotaping. He has also completed 2 years of university at the baccalaureate in Kinesiology.
He was also healer of the UQTR Patriotes hockey team.

Dr. Marie-Josée Bernier completed her doctorate in chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. She also studied philosophy and psychology and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba. She is a member of the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec (OCQ), the l’Association des chiropracticiens du Québec (ACQ) and the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA).
Dr. Bernier is passionate about working with her patients to provide individualized treatment plans to relieve pain and promote optimal health. She loves helping “beginners” to chiropractic care, and values building trusting relationships with her patients as well as educating them about their health.
She uses a diverse range of treatment techniques for her patients, including chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises. She is also a STOTT Pilates instructor for the Matwork and Reformer methods.
Dr. Bernier is bilingual and happily offers care in both French and English.
Nancy is a bilingual dietitian who has worked in the United States and Quebec. She is a nutritionist who can help you eat mindfully and healthily. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nutrition in Hawai’i and has been a registered dietitian with the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since 2005. Nancy also holds the Quebec equivalency with the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec.
Clients can expect to reach their goals and feel better. Nancy’s approach is to work with clients at their own pace. They will improve their understanding of what, why and how much they need to eat. Nancy was a vegetarian for 20 years while living in Japan and India and can help clients integrate a plant-based diet into their lifestyle. She also played Ultimate Frisbee for 25 years and understands the nutritional needs of the athlete. Lately, Nancy has been doing a lot of research on the emerging field of the microbiome. Correlated with stress, immunity, digestion and disease, she can help clients maintain their microbiome with a few simple changes. Nancy takes a holistic approach including sleep, hydration, activity, relaxation and nutrition to help clients improve their health. She also has experience with pregnant women and children.
Whether it’s digestion, diabetes, lack of energy, learning to cook or meal planning, Nancy can help clients understand their unique nutritional needs and optimize their well-being with the tools at hand.
Natalie originates from Montreal’s south shore. She completed Rosemont College’s three year Acupuncture program in 2003 and has practiced ever since. She also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Laval University in 1999. She has a twelve year work experience in Maternity and Delivery at Ste-Justine’s university hospital. She also participated in a 24 hour on call service for Acupuncture designated for patients at the delivery room at the hospital in Lasalle. She is also actively participating in a mentoring project for newly licensed acupuncturists.
She practices with a comprehensive approach to helping the body’s healing process taking into account each person’s specific needs, strengths and weaknesses. This global approach will have benefits on a physical, psychological and emotional level.
She is fully licensed in Quebec. (Ordre des Acupuncteurs du Québec). She is also a member of the Provinces’ Association of Acupuncturists. She is constantly pursuing further education to offer the best quality of care for her clients. Natalie enjoys treating all family members from young children to adults.
Lydia has been a massage therapist since 2011, and is a graduate of the Kiné-concept school. She takes to heart the bodily well-being of the people she treats and wants to offer them deep, pain-free therapeutic care. By listening attentively to each person she sees, she knows how to personalize her approach according to their expectations and give them the information they need to improve their condition.

Passionate about the biomechanics of the body, Alysse has been in the massage therapy field since 2008. She studied at the Guijek School and the Kiné Concept Institute in Montreal, which allows her to offer a wide range of techniques for stressed workers, pregnant women and athletes.
Sports massage allows for tissue preparation and recovery. It is a mixture of specific techniques associated with stretching and mobilization to drain, in order to avoid stiffness and muscle fatigue.
These different techniques allow to find a freedom of movement as well as an effective relief to reconnect with the body. It is a complete relaxation and release as much on the physical as mental level.

Samy’s therapeutic approach puts the client at the center of the treatment. He adapts his treatments to the needs of each individual to achieve their therapeutic goals and physical and mental well-being.
Samy specializes in deep tissue massage, a highly effective therapeutic technique for loosening adhesions and releasing deep-seated tension. He also uses chest and diaphragm release techniques to help his clients improve their breathing. Ample, fluid breathing can have a positive impact on stress, anxiety and chronic pain. Trained in physiotherapy, he likes to add stretching and joint mobilization to his treatments to help his clients become more flexible and mobile.
